Explained how equipment on car functioned what options i needed and also the items that i did not need. Let me test drive the car two times so I would get a better feel of the car. Awesome I brought my CX5 Sport at Ray Price Mazda in East Stroudsburg almost a month ago and I can't stop talking about the best customer service I received f I brought my CX5 Sport at Ray Price Mazda in East Stroudsburg almost a month ago and I can't stop talking about the best customer service I received from my sales rep. Scott. He was very helpful, informational and dedicated. He came and pick me, my husband, brother and sister from the bus station to come to the dealership. Talk about dedication....lol... Scott made sure that me and my family was comfortable. He gave us more information about the CX5 that wasn't on the web. Scott listens to your needs and wants and work hard to get what you want. Scott search high and low for my car in Titanium. He made sure everything was ready for me for when I came to PA to purchase my car. After the deal is done, Scott keeps in contact with you and make sure everything is going good with the car. I'm very satisfied with Scott services and would recommend him to anyone. More

The sales rep Matt Hoff came over and asked what I was looking for in a car, I told him the basics of what I wanted in a car. I got to test drive one car and wasn't too sure about that car. I told him more in depth what I exactly wanted. Saw the car but wasn't too sure if I could afford the payments but got to test drive that car and loved it. The prices weren't in the range of what I could afford. After being at the dealership for awhile test driving, negotiating, not having to stress about being rushed, Matt Hoff got me into a price range I could afford and ended up taking the deal. Highly recommend doing business with Matt Hoff, he doesn't rush, relaxed, and he will make a dream come true! More

Incredible Experience For an experience that's not always easy and stress-free, Felix Cruz was a blessing. I was lucky enough to suddenly sell my car privately and had been For an experience that's not always easy and stress-free, Felix Cruz was a blessing. I was lucky enough to suddenly sell my car privately and had been in talks with Felix about ordering a Mazda CX3 after test driving with him the weekend prior. I was able to keep Felix in the loop and he, along with Jason Gaston, acted immediately to get me the car I wanted within a VERY short timeframe. Felix requested documents ahead of time, so I was in and out the day I purchased the car because everything was prepared or in the works. In addition to the customer service, Felix has a no-pressure approach that certainly made my experience. I didn't feel like anyone was trying to pull anything over on me, which unfortunately happens way too often when you're a young lady on the market for a car. It was a wonderful experience. Not only will I be back again, but I'm going to tell everyone I know that they need to buy through Ray Price. Thanks, Felix and team! More
