Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! I’ve been debating for over a year now what kind of car I should get. I knew I wanted to be higher up off the ground, so I was torn between a Honda CR I’ve been debating for over a year now what kind of car I should get. I knew I wanted to be higher up off the ground, so I was torn between a Honda CR-V, and. a Hyundai Tucson. What attracted me to the two vehicles was the quality that the companies stand behind. As you can imagine, like anyone, I’ve researched and. researched and then researched some more until i was fatigued with obessessig over the prospect of a new vehicle, that I finally I came in to Ray Skillman Hyundai in Avon, and Scott Echard greeted me and made me feel welcome. My first vehicle, I recall feeling like I was surrounded by vultures just cawing to make a sale- but not Scott, and certainly not any member of the team at Avon’s Ray Skillman Hyundai. They pride themselves as a “no pressure” dealership, and for someone whose as indecisive as I am.... that is a huge relief, because this is such an impactful decision, and I felt my questions and concerns about buying a new vehicle were not only acknowledged, but welcomed, and for that i am extremely thankful to Scott personally, and the entire staff at Ray Skillman! I’d also like to say that I fell in love with the Tucson after Scott and I test drove it, and he asked me what I thought. I told him, “To be honest, I love the car, but not the color,” and he immediately went to the computer to find what’s i wanted which was the Hyundai Tucson Value in Coloseum Grey with black interior. He found my exact car over 100 miles away, and said “I will get you the car you want,” and that was phenomenal. I don’t feel many dealerships would go outside of their what was on their lot to make a sale if it was from outside of their inventory or even outside of their dealership, but Scott and Ray skillman did! Words cannot even put into detail my experience because truthfully, everything from the meet and greet, to the test drive, to the financing and to the final sale and driving my new car off the lot was fabulous. If you are reading this review, you will just have to see and experience buying a car from Scott or any member of Ray a skillman Hyundai yourself. I was so amazed at the superb customer service and attention to detail that by the time I had the key fab in my hand, Scott asked me “are you okay? You’re not smiling,” but truthfully I had such anxiety over getting into a new loan, and taking on a big responsibility buying my first new car- but by the time I had the keys in my hand, I was just amazed. So again, thank you, Scott and to everyone at Ray Skillman. I’d also like to give a special thanks to Corey who works in finance, because he was so personable and above all knowledgeable. He was able to get my payments to where I can afford them, and got me into a good rate as well as setting me up with no penalties if I pay my car off early. I am absolutely elated and over the moon with how excited I am with my new 2018 Hyundai Tucson! Thank you guys so much, and I will definitely come back for another vehicle in the future. Hyundai all the way!! More

My salesman,Scott Echard, took care of everything for me. He made sure every detail on the car was perfect. His follow up after I bought the car was impressive. Be sure to ask for him if you are looking at a car. You won't be disappointed! The GM, Casey Wildey, and Finance Mgr., Corey, were there to make sure I was enjoying the excitement of a new car. The VP, Justin, also came up and introduced himself and chatted about my new car. What a great group of guys to do business with. This is my second Hyundai and I'm sure I will be buying another one when it's time. I highly recommend this dealership and the Hyundai brand. Ask for Scott Echard and take a test drive. More

When we first got to the lot and started checking out cars Scott and Elgin came out to talk to us and see what we were interested in. They were friendly and down to earth. The whole experience was great from start to finish. Everyone was awesome. There wasn't any back and forth haggling. They threw us some numbers and we negotiated alittle and it was that simple. I would definitely recommend working with Scott he's a straight forward guy and genuine. We left feeling awesome about our purchase just like it should feel! More
