I loved the fact that he checked on us after we purchased the car to see how everything was going. I am so happy Hayden worked with us. I have memories to hold onto from this car purchase. That sounds funny, but it is true. Not only did all the team that was working there, clap as we signed all the papers, congratulating us, but Hayden had the car cleaned up and put a big red bow on the car. I bought my 2018 Hyundai Tucson at the Ray Skillman Avon location. I had my truck for a few weeks then something in the engine started going into safe mode. I called the dealership and to my surprise was to location. I had my truck for a few weeks then something in the engine started going into safe mode. I called the dealership and to my surprise was told just bring it in so they could look at it and figure out the problem. After about a week they called and told me to come get a rental vehicle and that everything was covered un der my warranty from Hyundai. They put me in a 2023 Hyundai Tucson that was extremely nice and new. Once my vehicle was done they called for me to pick it up and I couldn't be happier. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERY THOROUGH AS WELL AS TIMELY. More
