Jason contacted us the same day to explain the necessary work and the need to keep our Verano for a few days. To our surprise, we were called on Monday and told our Verano was ready. The mechanic had worked to make sure we would have the car returned quickly. This was EXCELLENT service. We appreciate the service department and have consistently had great service. I really recommend that they provide a quick car wash when they finish with our servicing at the dealership. Most others dealerships provide the basic car wash as a courtesy to their clients. I purchased my Sonic from our dealership in 2015. Besides no car wash courtesy, I would recommend this dealership if they could speed up their servicing time frame a bit especially if one scheduled their service ahead of time. More
I had my 2010 Chevy Equinox serviced by your service departm I was very pleased with the service department and their staff. Jason Parker took care of things and he called me to inform me of the problem and gav I was very pleased with the service department and their staff. Jay Street took care of me when i came in for an oil change this time. Every time i come I am greeted as soon as i get out of my car, I'm treated extremely well, the staff are always friendly and attentive and I'm always walked to the exit by a staff member. Never going back. I requested a service appointment online, for which I was later called to confirm. The lady had all the details about my vehicle: GMC Sierra 2500HD, D I requested a service appointment online, for which I was later called to confirm. The lady had all the details about my vehicle: GMC Sierra 2500HD, Duramax. She said it would not take more than 30 minutes for the engine air filter to be replaced. So I confirmed the appointment. During my service, Tony, a service consultant came to talk to me about the service. He asked why I wanted my air filter changed, many times. As well as berating me on my decision to get my GMC truck serviced at a GMC dealer. I explained that I prefer having my vehicle serviced at a proper dealership, and the service to be done every six months. He did not like that response, and keep berating me with the same questions. To end this conversation he said that dealership does not have a diesel mechanic, so they don't work on diesels. When I asked him why he was treating a paying customer so poorly, he went back to his questioning. Keep in mind, I just wanted my engine air filter replaced, you do not need a diesel mechanic to do it, any mechanic can replace it. He said it would take two hours to get my air filter from the airport, as the part was not kept in stock. My vehicle is a 2005 GMC Sierra k2500 HD. I was informed during the appointment confirming phone call that they had the part, and the service would take half an hour. The service ended up taking over three hours, 190 minutes to be exact. During that 190 minute wait, I approached Tony to check the status of my vehicle, he ignored me. Tony was rude and unprofessional the entire time I was at the dealership. At the end of the appointment, as I was paying, I asked him why the dealership sold diesel GMC's, but did not work on them. He ignored me, once again. More
