The absolute worst car buying experience of my life. My father and I bought a car a month ago. The car and price are great, however, the entire experience has left a sour taste in my mouth. Temporary plates expire today and I have NOT received my application for a title from the dealership. First payment came out at 6:30am and I still have no application for a title. I have purchased 6-8 vehicles over the years from 4 different Skillman locations due to the professional people Mr. Skillman has in place and will continue to do so in the future. We had a problem after the sale as the water pump went out within a week of purchase. Barry (General Manager) ask me for the keys and replaced the water pump, no questions asked and with a smile.
