We had a problem after the sale as the water pump went out within a week of purchase. Barry (General Manager) ask me for the keys and replaced the water pump, no questions asked and with a smile. Outstanding new car sales experience We initially met James at the Indianapolis Auto Show and were impressed with his enthusiasm and knowledge of the new Kia models. We were looking for a We initially met James at the Indianapolis Auto Show and were impressed with his enthusiasm and knowledge of the new Kia models. We were looking for a vehicle with capacity to tow a trailer with up to 3000 pound load. We checked out all of the dealers, makes and models that were available at the show. James answered our questions and provided brochures on the Sorrento and Sedona. We made sure he was available when we stopped at Skillman for a test drive on a Tuesday. We decided to purchase a new Sedona with the stipulation that a trailer package was to be installed and the car ready for pickup no later than Friday (this included New Year's Day when service is closed) for departure on a trip on Sunday. Everyone worked hard to make sure our new van was ready for pickup late on Friday. Ozzie helped with our orientation so James could help another customer, then finished up with us. He even provided us with his cell phone in case we ran into any problems during our travels! I would highly recommend seeking out James if you want superb, friendly sales service during a new car purchase. More
