I came to the dealership based on a recommendation from my sister. The sales agent she had was not available, so I saw Justin instead. He was very responsive to my needs and I felt when I walked out that day, I was getting a car that I would stay in for many years to come and return to the dealership later (I had my last car for 9 years). Rick was also very helpful and even gave me tips on ways to improve my credit score in the future. Everyone that I talked to in the dealership that day was very friendly. I would recommend Shadeland Kia to all my friends and family in the future. They were all great!!! More

We'd had a 2002 Kia Sedona for 12 years and it was a great vehicle. We had gotten to know the owners and some of the service and sales people over the years of buying the Sedona and getting it serviced great vehicle. As the years went on they started giving us grief (in a good way) about when we were going to be ready for a new car. Our Sedona had 105,000 miles and we decided that we were ready to look for another car. We did our research for what we needed and narrowed it down to either a Subaru or a Kia vehicle. We'd had vehicles from both companies and felt that we could get a good one from either. We didn't get as good a response from the Subaru dealer, but we did have a great experience with Barry Morgan and Rich Winkle at Ray Skillman Kia on North Shadeland Avenue in Indianapolis. We had very specific needs and they listened and provided the vehicle we needed - a 2014 Kia Sorento. Rich was great to deal with and we had a great experience. We just picked up our Sorento this week and we love it! More
