Manager was a jerk Fred-salesman was nice and helpful. The "manager," Brent was his name I believe, was unwilling to work with us at all and was a complete jerk on top o Fred-salesman was nice and helpful. It honestly makes me sick to my sromach that we still got our Optima there after dealing with him. But we bought our car after a 3 year lease and our hand was forced. We will NEVER go back to this dealership and will never recommend anyone go there either. More

A Saturday experience We have purchased three other cars here and have always been treated well. When we decided to buy again we connected Peggy Hodgins. We explained to her that we found a car at another Skillman dealership. She told us that she would bring it to Shadeland and we could come by to see it the next day. We explained that we were on a tight schedule and only had a limited amount of time. She said that was fine and for us to meet with Kevin Powell.When we arrived, Kevin met us immediately. He was very friendly and professional. He then went to get the car and while we were test-driving, the paperwork was all organized. When we returned, we went back to meet with Rick Smith. Rick was also very friendly and professional. We completed the paperwork and were on our way in about two hours. It was the best car-buying experience for us. Thank you Shadeland Kia!!!!!
