I had a wonderful experience at Ray Skillman Kia in purchasing my latest vehicle. The sales staff was relaxed, friendly and very helpful in finding a car within my budget. When I arrived I was greeted by salesman Justin Young and explained to him my situation. The best part of the whole experience was that he did not try to pressure me into a car that I couldn't afford. Great staff and the entire process was smooth with no pressure sales tactics. More

Fred walked up to us as soon as we got out of our car at Shadeland Kia. He asked what could he do for us, and we told him what we were looking for. I would recommend Shadeland Kia to any of my family and friends; and to make things even better, we were even more assured we came to the right place, when we saw Roy Hodges and Ralph Fields there. We had purchased vehicles with both of these great guys several years ago when they worked for another dealership. So, with Fred, Ralph, or Roy you can't go wrong. This is the 2nd car I have bought with Ray Skillman Kia and Justin Young. Justin is great to work with! I made several trips to the dealership because I was so indecisive and not sure if I was ready to com and Justin Young. Justin is great to work with! Each time Justin greeted me with a smile and worked hard to get me in my price range and into the car I wanted. Even after leaving the dealership on several occasions without a new car, I would come back and Justin would again be patient and do what he could to help. This is our third vehicle purchase from this dealership and my next purchase also. It was a relaxed personable experience. We had a two year old with us and while we were busy with our sales person others helped to keep him entertained. Kia I fell has the best warranty on the market and that keeps us coming back. We purchased two Kia's in 2009 and had minor service issue's and they took care of them in a timely manner.
