Shelly went above and beyond to help me get an appt. I truly enjoyed working with her and Adam on the purchase of my 2012 Kia Soul. I have to admit that I was not excited when the vehicle was brought to truly enjoyed working with her and Adam on the purchase of my 2012 Kia Soul. I have to admit that I was not excited when the vehicle was brought to the front for a test drive but after driving this vehicle, I was in love. I had only thought about buying a car in the future, when my husband grabbed my hand one evening and said "Let's go test drive some." Even though it was after 7:30pm by the time we got there...Rich Winkle in the sales department was very patient and helpful in helping us find what we were looking for. Buying a car was not necessarily on the top of my "to do" list but because of the options, selection and knowledge that Rich had...I came back 2 days later to make a purchase. I was purchasing a car for my mother (several other car dealerships had turned her away). Kevin & Tom helped me find the perfect car for my mom and at the right price! They were respectful, nice to work with, and made sure I was getting a fair price on my trade-in and the new car! My mom loves her new Kia Soul and couldn't be more happy! I know she is in a new, safe & reliable car now :) They were so terrific, when my sister-in-law's car broke down (just a week after purchasing my mom's car), I took her there too! And the same night we walked out with a new Kia Soul on lease and my sister-in-law is thrilled! Then just a few weeks ago, my dad ended up needing a car (his car was totaled in a wreck). So went back again for yet a 3rd car! We got a brand new 2014 Kia Forte - and my dad is thrilled! He's in a new car, drives great & has a great warranty and at a great price! This dealership is so great & the employees are easy to work with & very helpful. Tom & Kevin really listened to my needs and paid attention to what I was looking for in all three scenarios and found the perfect cars for each family member within our budgets! I went in with trepidation over buying my first "new" car, but was quickly put at ease with the friendly manner of sales man Kevin Powell. His sense of humor unleashed my own and I was instantly comfortable. The process of buying a car was quick, easy and effortless. My nerves did get the best of me waiting for "the decision" and turned to giddy elation when everything was approved. I did not expect to receive my car the same day, thinking I'd have to wait for one to be found, but was assured that I would drive home in my new car the same day. Kevin made us comfortable, walked us through the whole process, explained any concerns we may have had, all the while keeping us entertained. I went in with a specific make, model and color with certain amenities. He did not try to oversell to me, but kept me in my comfort zone as far as price went. This made the whole "buying a new car" experience a good one. Thanks so much! More
I went into the dealership on this day with low expectations. Quite frankly, I was expecting to walk out. However, Justin Young was the salesman that dealt with me that day and he did everything ri expectations. Quite frankly, I was expecting to walk out. However, Justin Young was the salesman that dealt with me that day and he did everything right. He was nice and personable and didn't have a hint of the stereotypical slimey car salesman vibe. To the contrary, he was gracious, well mannered, and poised as he worked with me. I know I was a difficult customer because I went into the lot prepared to leave if I didn't get what I wanted. Well, I got what I wanted and that is a testament to the integrity and professionalism of Justin Young. I ended up with the Kia Optima, which is a nice little four door sedan. I feel like I got the most bang for the buck, which is what a single income family of four must have in this economy. I looked at every Kia model that afternoon. I went in favoring the new Sorentos based on my online research, but I was curious about the Optima. After driving both it was kind of a difficult decision, but I went with the Optima and I'm glad that I did. It's a roomy sedan with a smooth comfortable ride and decent gas mileage. Would I buy another vehicle from Justin Young at Ray Skillman on North Shadeland Avenue in Indianapolis? You bet I would! More
Sorry do not remember the manager or finance managers name. My wife and I walked in just looking not planning on buying anything (we left our trade in at home). As we were looking Brian came out and talked to us and with in a couple hours we were driving off in a used low milage Kia Soul. The entire experiance was great did not feel presured to buy, everyone we dealt with worked with us for the payments we wanted. I could tell they wanted my buisness I was not just another sale to them. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nother car/truck/suv or van. More
