It was secretly my pick for the smaller size, ease to get in and out of, safety and the price. Fred Graham was our salesperson. He took the time and patience needed when dealing with a senior. In my opinion he was the ideal person for our situation. He also went out of his way to make sure she understood all the features on her new Soul. We also dealt with Kent Boling for the financing. He was awesome too. He explained everything so Mom would understand. He even related some personal stories that me and Mom both enjoyed. I have to say Ray Skillman's Kia on Shadeland gave us an awesome experience from "hello" to handing us the keys. I will be sending everyone I know to Fred! I almost forgot...I almost bought a Kia Optima for myself. Kent Boling, the finance manager, saw me admiring the Optima that was in the showroom. He got the keys to the same one outside and let me take it for a test drive! Mind you, I wasn't even there for a car for me, but that Optima was pretty awesome. He immediately went to Nate to have him give me some numbers. Nate put together a pretty irresistable deal for me. It was really difficult walking away from that Optima yesterday. I did only because I try not to make major purchases on impulse. I do know that if i decide to get that Optima, I will come back from Maryland to do my business with Ray Skillman's on Shadeland. More
