Bryan was right there as we pulled in...He took us inside and worked with my sister who needed a car.. I must say he was very hospitable and understanding.. He then worked with her to get the right payment for her and the trade-in.. Always cordial no pressure, allowed us to leave for lunch and return , while he worked on getting everything together... We returned and there was her car in front and they worked the terms out . Allowed her to take the car and drive home to Anderson with proof of address to be faxed to him.... on Monday.. She and my wife and I were so happy for her. This was her first new car ever at 52 . He truly was a blessing for her and us... Thank you for such a wonderful experience and a beautiful person that knew what it meant for her. Relief from a trade in that was at times a problem for her and her work... Just yesterday I became a happy owner of a new 2014 Mazda 6. I was looking for a specific vehicle configuration, and although Ray Skillman NE Mazda is not my local dealer, they had a car on the lot that fit 6. All of the staff I encountered were great - hospitable, informative, attentive - but Bryan Baker was the gentleman who answered my first call, had the car out front and ready to go for a test drive upon my arrival from out of town, and maintained communication over the next couple of days leading to finalizing the sale yesterday. The deal included an efficient and fair negotiation of my trade-in vehicle, a lot of patience in answering a number of questions that required some extra investigation and follow-up over numerous phone calls, and some candid ideas about financing the purchase. Bryan Baker really made the effort to make this sale happen quickly and fairly, and I couldn't be more pleased by the overall experience and transaction. The check engine light was on in my RX8 so I brought it in for a code check. I was expecting the $100 fee that I was quoted. What I did not expect was waiting two hours. I was the first car in, at 7am, and in for a code check. I was expecting the $100 fee that I was quoted. What I did not expect was waiting two hours. I was the first car in, at 7am, and didn't get out until after 9am. I don't mind paying the cost for dealer service but I do take exception to the fee AND the poor customer service. They did note that my tire was low on air. And then didn't fill it with air. This is an unacceptable level of service for a Mazda dealership. More

Our sale resulted from having met Terry Northern at the Indy car show. I doubt the sale would have happened with another salesman.
