In the past I've had bad experiences with other dealerships pressuring me into a decision which made me feel very uncomfortable and left an empty feeling of confidence in my choice. At Northeast M dealerships pressuring me into a decision which made me feel very uncomfortable and left an empty feeling of confidence in my choice. At Northeast Mazda my experience was the complete opposite. As soon as I walked inside I felt the warmth of a family friendly atmosphere. It really appealed to myself as a guy too because of all the flat screens, comfy couches, free cookies and free coffee. My girlfriend's daughter was with me and I was afraid she would be bored but to my delight she was given a coloring book with markers and really liked the fish tank they have by the offices. Mike Bragg and Kiran Pinisetti were very patient and helpful in making my decision. Mike didn't sugar coat anything and gave it to me straight which was a breath of fresh air from my past dealing with fake people that only want your money. I leased a 2013 Mazda 3 I-Touring with Bose, a sunroof and blind spot monitoring and I'm very excited about the SkyActiv technology. All in all I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to feel at ease when buying/leasing a car. More
