I was in contact with ray skillman mazda via e-mail and internet for several weeks trying to decide on a vehicle. When I pulled into the dealership to pick up my new vehicle I was really surprised that they rolled out the so called red carpet and they also had a ribbon on my new vehicle. It was really a surprising moment and one that I will never forget. I will definitely recommend this dealership to all that is interested in purchasing a new or used vehicle. We came from out of state because we found a car on AutoTrader we liked. We didn't want to make the 2 hr. drive only to find we couldn't buy the car for the right price, and we were worried they woul AutoTrader we liked. We didn't want to make the 2 hr. drive only to find we couldn't buy the car for the right price, and we were worried they wouldn't negotiate over the phone. That was no problem!! We settled a price and negotiated financing over the phone, with an online application for financing, and they still didn't need any guarantees we would buy the car until we saw it and drove it. When we said we'd be buying a Carfax, they got us one for free and had it ready when we got there. Once we got there, everyone was very friendly and professional, and the car was what we expected. Since we had negotiated over the phone, they had all our paperwork and applications ready to go, so financing was quick and easy. Since they knew we were from out of state, they rushed to get the car ready to drive home that day. Great experience overall. We drove the distance for a good deal, which we got, and got great service too! We weren't impressed with our local dealer, but we would make the drive again to work with this dealership. More

First the lot and building was very neat with lively colors and I'm 51,and the music on the speaker felt good. With the air of distraction he managed to make me laugh with a scense of belonging.Now I'm not sure what will be your experience,but all through the interview and sales(which I really needed)I felt they were working 'for' me.They were quick with the info and asked all the right questions. Even Kristina(salesperson who I talked to on the phone)made sure I felt okay. They worked with my credit and the price and I got a very nice automobile-all in one day!:) Plus, they got me the vehicle type I were looking for and even worked out a warrenty for the car I bought-which originally was 'as is'.Very Happy! I give em' a Five Stars! Even the Loan Officer was very personable and eased my experience. More
