My car buying experience After visiting 2 other Ray Skillman locations I was not pleased with the salesman/service I was receiving so I decided to contact a friend of mine, Ja After visiting 2 other Ray Skillman locations I was not pleased with the salesman/service I was receiving so I decided to contact a friend of mine, James Blanford. He connected me to my salesman Tommy. James and Tommy helped make my 1st vehicle purchase without my dad as smoothly as possible with their help and assistance! I got a sense that your sales team work as team players as well. Looking out for others. Danny/David ( don't remember exactly) as well chatted with me when I came in to see Tommy as he had went home early that day due to an accident/injury. He took the time to eliminate a few selections and help guide me into other make/models of vehicles I may like. After hours and hours of research from start to finish I finally found my 2014 Kia Optima! :) Tommy didn't hesitate to make sure I was able to drive each of my last 2 selections considering 1 was on a different lot.
