Stay away! Horrible customer service Extremely disappointed in the way I was treated when buying a car from Ray Skillman KIA. The car that I purchased had been wrecked in the front and th Extremely disappointed in the way I was treated when buying a car from Ray Skillman KIA. The car that I purchased had been wrecked in the front and the bumper was extremely scratched and chipped because of this I spent almost a week working with a salesman to agree on a price that I was comfortable paying. He offered me a price that was $500 higher than I wanted but eventually I agreed to his price. When signing the papers I was extremely rushed and no one reviewed the total price with me. They just went over a monthly price. When i got my first bill I realized that they had charged me 2,000 more than the price we agreed too. I proceeded to call the dealership where the manager told me he never agreed to come down on the price at all. I said I felt like I was taken advantage of because I am a young girl and they knew I didn't know what to look for on the paper work. He told me I wasn't taken advantage of and its fine that they overcharged me for a wrecked car then just hung up the phone on me. I am not upset about the price as much as I'm upset with the service I received. David was very helpful when picking out a car and did the best he could to assist me. Unfortunately his manager Andrew was extremely rude and deceiving. More

We stopped at and talked with sales staff at the Honda, Toyota, and Chevy dealerships before we connected with Duane Reed at Ray Skillman Kia in Greenwood. Honestly, a Kia wasn't even on our initial choice list. Duane was incredible to work with and after meeting with him, reading reviews and checking around we narrowed it down to the Kia Optima and Chevy Malibu. We test drove both, but ended up getting the much better deal on the Kia thanks to Duane. As someone who has been in sales (not auto) for over 10 years I appreciated the professionalism of Duane and would recommend asking for him at Ray Skillman Kia. More

Amazing guys! My husband and I went to Kia last night just to test drive a Sadona and to see what trim level would work best for our family. Spencer was there to me My husband and I went to Kia last night just to test drive a Sadona and to see what trim level would work best for our family. Spencer was there to meet us and walk us thru all the trim levels of the Sadona and let us test drive with the kids in the car. We fell in love with the van. Asked spencer to run some numbers for us and get back with us and let us know what we could do. His manager drew walked us thru the lagistocs of the buying process, and we ended up buying on the spot, we were in and out of the dealership total time in an hour and a half with the price we wanted and the van we wanted. Spencer and drew really went above and beyond for us yesterday and we could not be more grateful to them! More
