My service writer was Lisa Fields-Philpott and she went out of her way to make me feel welcome. All of the work was completed as requested. I want to give my experience 4 1/2 stars, the only improvements I would like to see are: a little nicer surroundings in the customer waiting room. A concrete floor, with some of the seating in hard plastic, and the space is shared by the parts window and cashier. The other thing is they did not state how much time my service would take (it was for regular scheduled maintenance), and the amount of time was longer than I think it should have been, compared to the previous dealer I had dealt with for 10 years. But overall, the service is very good at this dealership. More

Although my Saturn still ran reasonably well, I needed a vehicle that sat higher, with more ground clearance. I wanted an SUV, but soon determined that new SUVs came at a price more than I was willing to pay. I visited a couple of dealerships and several websites, before coming to Ray Skillman. I was made to feel like a welcomed guest from the moment I walked into Ray Skillman Kia. Kasey Garrett and Ben Gill immediately went to work finding out exactly what I was looking for, taking the time to get to know me and my requirements for a vehicle. I drove several new and used vehicles. Never was I pressured to chose one over the other. I was never rushed to make a decision. I ended up purchasing a gently used 2011 Kia Sorento, the color a dark cherry, My husband and I love my new Kia and look forward to driving it for years to come! More

I had financing through Capital One, and when I drove down to Ray Skillman on Monday April 25, I was met with a smile from Corey Bostic. Absolutely awesome down to earth personality. No pressure or horrible sales man mentality. He listened to my needs (which were quite particular) He was very patient with me and did everything he could to be sure I drove off the lot with a great car, feeling comfortable with my purchase and lucky enough to not need any money down. I drove off the lot happily the very next day! My family has always chosen this Ray Skillman and I recommend them to all my friends. Corey is absolutely great! As is Ken, with the financing team. We purchased a vehicle with more bells and whistles than we needed/wanted and spent more money than we intended to JUST becuase we wanted to buy off of these two kind, young men. They patiently waited to find the vehicle that I wanted. Life is all about relationships, KJ and JB took the time to form a relationship with us.
