We were also speaking with someone from Carmax but in the end the car that Joe found for us was the perfect fit and it was a better deal than what Carmax was offering us. We will highly recommend Ray Skillman dealerships and specially Joe Dowler to everyone of our friends. We even got the extended warranty and Joe scheduled our first oil change at the dealership which is a lot cheaper than we expected it to be so we will be taking our car in to them every time it needs a maintenance check up. This dealership seems to be much better. I only had an oil change done, but was very pleased. Easy to schedule (then reschedule), and a very quick and pleasant check in. I bring my own synthetic oil, and they charged a fair price for just providing the filter and labor. I'll be happy to return for my next service. More

Exceptional Service! My husband and I have had many experiences with car dealerships some good some bad but we've never experienced the outstanding service we received whe My husband and I have had many experiences with car dealerships some good some bad but we've never experienced the outstanding service we received when we dealt with Mike and Ray Skillman. We weren't in the market for a new vehicle at all we came to help my mother in law out, we didn't have any idea that no only my mother in law but we would drive away with a new truck. Mike made it so easy it was almost too good to be true. We thank him for his outstanding service and his dedication to us. We didn't/and we don't feel like we were just another sale.
