Excellent salesperson. Regardless of the quality of any company there will always be bad apples in every bunch. We got lucky at Ray Skillman Westside in finding Austin Burns Regardless of the quality of any company there will always be bad apples in every bunch. We got lucky at Ray Skillman Westside in finding Austin Burns at their Mitsubishi dealership who ended up helping us find a wonderful Sonata at their Hyundai dealership at a comfortable price. In any retail endeavor the people make all the difference. Austin was very easygoing and informative and not the least bit pushy. Price negotiations were perfect. No "oh, the world is coming to an end! How can you lowball us like that? We can't possibly make a profit on that. I'll go 'check with my manager' for twenty minutes while you stew" garbage. There's nothing worse than buying a beautiful new car and feeling horrible afterward because the salesperson was a complete jerk in negotiations. No such problem with Austin. Maybe I paid too much. Maybe I got a steal. It didn't matter. I felt very happy about my purchase and the price I paid. We'll definitely be back when it's time to replace our Veracruz. More

Simply the best! There is no other place in Indianapolis but to use Ray Skillman. They work with you on what you need what you want and always within your price range. I am not an easy person to work with but I leased a car from them two years ago and went in this past week and purchased a car the very same day. Many of their employees have been there 20 years and I met one who had been there 30 years. This is the only car dealership in Indianapolis I will ever deal with or send any of my family or friends too. My car is always service there and I especially enjoy working with Jami and Carla in service. If a car dealership meets my approval then they have worked hard to get it and I appreciate their perseverance and their honesty and helping me to find cars within my budget and my lifestyle. More
