I came into the dealership knowing the type of vehicle I was interested in, but not having a specific car in mind. We took three different vehicles on test drives, and Ian was honest about the pros and cons of each. Then came time for financing, and I worked with Chris Muhney to get my payments where I needed them. He did not pressure me into agreeing on a price with which I was not comfortable. Actually, he worked with one of the other Ray Skillman locations to get me some more for my trade-in order to get my payments in my range. In the end, I got a great deal on a car that I love with payments that I am confident I can afford. And I was even able to add a bumper-to-bumper warranty. This was by-far the best car buying experience I have had, and I will recommend Ray Skillman to anybody I see who is thinking about buying a car. More

I went to a different dealers already but for me this is a nice place to go, I feel welcome like my home and very comfortable. When I first time I got my car there is a small dent on my rear right door, they fix it and redo the whole thing I didn't expect it's gonna be nice like that. The second thing my car don't have a remote, for me it is important. Then Mr. Jared Stevenson help me to take it in Ziebart and made it one. He give me this remote with key less starter and a panic. I only payed for it in a cheap price. Then I find out that he payed the half of it's cost, that's why i got it on cheap. He's reason is to make his customer satisfied which is right. The third thing I always can't make it on time on my appointment because I'm 1hr. and 1/2 away on their place. So, every time I come in on my appointment, especially when I'm late, all I need to do is to look for Mr. Stevenson and he will take care everything.They also have a good communication to their customers. To Mr. Yanni (Sales Manager) very nice, Thanks for your help too :'). I am 100% satisfied to this place and to Mr. Stevenson and Mr. Yanni the Sales Manager. Car was done the next day and rattle was gone! The service dept, personnel were courteous, friendly and, most importantly, made the necessary repairs promptly. This is my first car from Ray Skillman and based on my experience so far, it won't be my last. They know how to treat their customers. Also have a Cadillac and a Porsche and have not been treated any better at those dealerships (maybe not as well on a couple of occasions). More
