I've purchased 3 cars in my 18 yrs and all of them have been from Ray Skillman & all Mitsubishis. I've always had a good experience, which is why I went back. Again, I did not know what I really wanted and Johnny Carter walked the 3 lots mall with me in 90 degree temp and helped me to sort through my wish list and lead me to my purchase; Outlander, Sports. But knowing what I wanted could not have happened without the “miracle worker” Colt Key and his two assistants. They worked really hard and succeed in getting me to my payment range AND a GREAT rate while I'm rebuilding my credit. THANK YOU COLT. What really sold me, the dealer allowed me to take the car home for the weekend. That's a great move. Colt took care of me throughout the whole process. I also loved that the manager of the dealership (can’t remember his name, sorry) came and talked w/ me extensively as well as another customer who was waiting to complete paperwork. You don't that personal service anywhere but in Indiana. This has honestly been the easiest car purchase of my entire life. And in 10 yrs when I'm ready for a new one, I will return to Ray Skillman Westside Auto Mall. More

Our experience started a month prior to our purchase. We had three employees help us to determine which vehicles we wanted to purchase. They were not pushy, but were very informative and helped us to make our final decision. Several days prior to our appointment the staff again assisted us through phone conversations and emails assuring us that they would have the selection of vehicles we wanted to see and test drive on the lot. When we arrived at the dealership your staff was ready with the vehicles we had requested. They took the time to make sure we had made a good decision, and when we had made our final decision we were able to negotiate pricing that was very close to our expectations. Financing was great,(Cory Reber) not only did we get a lower intrest rate than we expected but financing was arranged thru our current banking instution. We purchased two vehicles that day and the staff went out of their way to insure that everything went smoothly. The overall experience was relaxed, comfortable and enjoyable. Overall we would say that the staff at Ray Skillman provided excellent customer service, and were very knowledgable of their product. I was very pleased with the service that was provided to my husband and I. I had been to 3 different dealerships all who were of no help at all. Everyone there is so friendly and welcoming. We felt like we were actually doing something fun - which, let's face it - isn't that how buying a new car is supposed to feel - - FUN?? Colt found us the EXACT car we wanted then did some kind of magical, rabbit out of a hat financing and poof - we were driving away just two hours later with the perfect 2012 KIA Sorento at an amazing price and an even more amazing interest rate! The finance guy didn't try to get in too many extras. They tried but were not overly pushy about it. The finacing terms were fair. Overall this was the most painless car buying expirence I have had. Skillman is by far the best dealer I have worked with in the Indy area. More
