Great service Overall the service was great. When I made the appointment I was told it wouldn't be finished until the afternoon so I made arrangements to drop off t Overall the service was great. When I got there I was told it would only take a couple of hours and was asked if I was going to wait. I wasn't able to but if I had known that initially, I would not have made arrangements. Great customer service! I love coming in for service with James because he very thoroughly explains what to expect while I'm there and gives me a full recap upon checkout. He even looked over my appointment info to make sure I wasn't getting something done that wasn't needed at my 75,000 mile appointment. I was waiting in the lobby for around two hours, and I heard him do the same for every other customer that was checking out, and made every conversation personal. My first few service appointments (with another employee) when I initially purchased my car did not go well, so I am very glad I gave this place another try! More
