Quick, dependable, and reasonable. My check engine light came on on my Kia Rio and after checking the things I could check, had the car towed to Ray Skillman West Auto Mall for service. My check engine light came on on my Kia Rio and after checking the things I could check, had the car towed to Ray Skillman West Auto Mall for service. I got service scheduled for 10:45. AAA got my wife there with the car a couple hours early, and they got her right in, checked it out, called and told me what it was and quoted me a reasonable price. They completed the work and had my wife out very quickly, so she didn't have to sit around all day waiting. I've found the service department there to be excellent, honest, and customer-centered. More
