We were treated really well when my gf upgraded her Kia Seltos last year to a newer Kia Seltos and that's what brought us back this year to trade in my Kia Forte. We reached out via email to several Kia dealerships, and we decided to pursue our new car purchase with Raymond Kia after getting a fast and informative response from one of the managers, Jerry. He directly we decided to pursue our new car purchase with Raymond Kia after getting a fast and informative response from one of the managers, Jerry. He directly answered my inquiries, whereas several of the other dealerships stayed pretty vague or tried to get us to visit in person before answering any questions. We also requested to work with Chris K. in sales after seeing some positive reviews, and Jerry helped set up our appointment with him. All of this made us confident that we could show up in person and leave with the new car we wanted in the same day. Chris was great to work with. He was patient with us as we asked many questions, didn't pressure or coerce us when we needed to make decisions, and gave us a super helpful crash course on our chosen vehicle to learn all the ins and outs. Everyone we met at Raymond Kia was friendly and professional. We're very happy with our new purchase and would definitely return in the future. More
