James and the team at Raymond Kia made what's usually a stressful process actually enjoyable. I came in shopping a 2026 Sportage Hybrid S AWD on a 24-month lease after two other Kia stores in the area coul stressful process actually enjoyable. I came in shopping a 2026 Sportage Hybrid S AWD on a 24-month lease after two other Kia stores in the area couldn't get the numbers where I needed them. James was transparent from the start, walked me through the selling price, residual, money factor, and rebates line by line without any of the "what payment works for you?" runaround. He found a $995 loyalty bonus other dealers told me didn't exist, kept the deal completely clean with zero aftermarket add-ons or junk fees, and got me to a payment I was genuinely happy with. The whole team was patient, professional, and respected my time. If you're shopping a Kia and want a straight shooting experience, ask for James! I drove past closer dealers to come here and it was 100% worth the trip. Will absolutely be sending family and friends his way. More
