The process of buying a vehicle was so smooth for me as Chris walked me through everything down to setting up my blue tooth in my SUV. Well to say the least 2 days later I met Chris Fanni again and bought a Genesis Coupe. He advised me on the colors, features and just about anything you could think of. With the knowledge that Chris has on the vehicles and Shawn their finance professional who, by the way gives you every option you will need with NO pressure just the information to make the correct choice for your needs. I am so happy with both of my vehicles without the help of Chris I am sure I would still be looking. The dealership itself is very friendly everyone greets you at one point or another and even says "your back again", this says alot. I think I received a fair price for what I wanted, I also received a great trade in price. On a another note Chris Fanni drove to my home and picked up my third row seat which I had no way of even picking up never mind putting in my vehicle. To me Chris Fanni and Red Hoagland will be the only dealership I ever go to or will recommend. So I have done my homework went to numerous other dealerships to many to count and realize the one around the corner from me is by far the best.
