Normally, dealerships lead you in with great prices while failing to mention the consideration of a substantial down payment, or woo you into a great deal they can't deliver on. My wife and I live approximately 2 hours away from this dealership, but were happy to drive there twice to deal with Fran, our salesman, who had nothing to hide as he spelled every detail out about the deal he was making. Our first visit had to end with us leaving empty handed unfortunately, but Fran and his sales team worked hard with the financial team to get us a deal on the car we coveted. After a previous visit to our local dealership, only to get our personal credit information blasted to every financial institution they could Google for auto loans, our credit appeared shady to the unwitting. The financial team, a combination of Shawn and Lee, were wiser to this fallacy and saw the honesty and trustworthiness we had and tried, and succeeded, in landing up a very good loan within our budget. Though it is quite the drive, I would and will do business with this dealership again, just as soon as I can. Thank you all very much Red Hoagland Hyundai! More

I have watched on TV many commercials for cars. Red Hoagland has a family type commercial on TV. Where they are located, there are many dealers but I wanted to go to Red. My daughter has a Hyundai and Hoagland has a family type commercial on TV. Where they are located, there are many dealers but I wanted to go to Red. My daughter has a Hyundai and loves her car too. I wanted to see if what I saw on TV was what I was going to experience when I walked into the building. My husband and I met with Chris Fanni and we told him that we are trying to build our credit and he had no problem with that. We also told him that I needed a car since I could no longer get in and out of my husband's van due to medical reasons. No high pressure sales, asked what we were looking for...I said a car, lol. He said that he had just gotten a nice used one in and he was going to bring it around. When he did, I was in love. The car looked brand new with only 52,000 on it. We worked through the numbers and were satisfied with everything, again, no high pressure. I drove the car home with a big smile on my face and now I have an extended family in Red Hoagland Hyundai.
