Thanks for the feedback. Sounds like a miscommunication between the person who made the appointment and the person who dropped off the vehicle had confirmed oil change and rotation at appointment time. Appreciate you letting us know how we did.

Then why when you schedule an appointment for a OIL change you would need to rotate junk tires, my son said she did not say rotate she said here for a oil change
