John, my salesperson, and Miguel, the general manager were friendly, easy-going, patient, and approachable--not at all what I had come to expect from car dealerships in the past, where much the opposite were friendly, easy-going, patient, and approachable--not at all what I had come to expect from car dealerships in the past, where much the opposite was true. John explained everything--from how the car operates to how the lease process operates--and answered all my questions, took time with my entire family during the test drive; he made us comfortable. It was no stress. Miguel was extremely patient and understanding as well. He gave me a great deal, made sure I was happy. This dealership operates like a tight-knit family.
