My wife and had been looking for a nice used Durango for a few mknths. We came across several on different websites. Including a 2018 at Reed Jeep Dodge, in Merium Ks. They were both super nice. One vehicle reveived hail damage before we could get there. Our sales associate Armund, and our finance associate Tyler, were by far the best ive worked with. Very polite, knowledgeable, and super to deal with. The whole staff at Reed were top notch. I will continue to make the 2.5 hour trip down there for anything else i need in the future. This dealership does not stand behind their vehicles or the work they perform on vehicles. I bought 4 vehicles from them at the same time. One had issues from the time I drove it off the lot. I took it in the work they perform on vehicles. I bought 4 vehicles from them at the same time. One had issues from the time I drove it off the lot. I took it in multiple times to get fixed, they kept trying to fix the issue and it was never resolved. The GM Jeff said he was no longer going to work on the issue that was there from the time it was drove off the lot. Instead of trying to fix it he wanted me to trade in the vehicle so that he didn't have to work on anymore because it was costing him too much money to fix. I tried to talk through it and was shut down. I had to go to McCarthy Hyundai to get the work done with factory parts instead of after market parts for the issue to be resolved. I tried contact Jeff to have him reimburse me after the issue was resolved and he didn't want to do anything about it because I didn't come to him first to give him the opportunity to have his guys fix it at a fraction of the cost, which is exactly what I did with trying to get them to fix it in the first place before having to take it somewhere else. DO NOT take your car to this vehicle for service. More
