I like the laid back approach for our sales person but wish there was a little more wiggle room in the price. If you are financing with the dealership then I caution you to look out for the warranty discussion. Roger pushed hard for the warranty and every few minutes the price goes down. I don't like that type of sales. We ended up going with a warranty for 2 years because the car was a 2004 and I am comfortable with that decision but don't like the process to get there. More

Great buying experience I am not new to buying vehicles. I am also pretty tech savvy and with all the vehicle websites out there, I know how to do research. I found a vehicle online and liked everything I saw. I put in a request to see if the vehicle was still available (as I am close to 100 miles away) and received a call from Terry Mykins within just a few minutes. We set an appointment for 1pm. I walked into the showroom at 1, mentioned to a salesman that I had an appointment with Terry and within about 45 seconds, Terry walked in, called me by name and said "let's go take a look at that truck you wanted to see" Pretty impressive, I like people that do their homework. We took the Ram 1500 for a decent test drive (including highway) and I was pleased with the truck. I also need to mention that Terry went through all of the "basic" controls (and then some) Before we ever left the lot on the test drive. On several occasions, Terry asked me what I thought about the truck. I was very pleased with the vehicle and Terry. I let Terry know that the only thing I was disappointed with was the fact that this truck didn't have a spray in bed liner. Terry informed me that he had a great relationship with the local Line-X dealer and they could provide a liner that was as good or better (with a better warranty) than the factory spray in. I love it when someone is prepared with options. Once back at the dealership, Terry took some notes about my trade and had it evaluated. I already knew what the value was (based on NADA and KBB) and the amount quoted was not that far off. Needless to say, we struck a deal and got all the paperwork filled out. Once the paperwork was completed, I spent a few minutes in the "finance" office with Joe. He presented all my paperwork and the available warranties. Joe was also very thorough. While I was in finance, Terry took the truck and filled it with gas. Once I was done with finance, we put on the temp tag and made an appointment for the line-x install and I was on my way. Approximate total length of visit was right at 3 hours. I'm sure it would have taken longer if we had to look at several vehicle options, but the fact that Terry had so thoroughly presented the truck on the internet, and it was totally accurate, I was able to browse at my leisure at home. I must also mention that before I left, Terry once again went over EVERYTHING in the truck, including pairing my iPhone to the in truck system. In conclusion, I can't say enough positive things about Terry, Joe and my Overland Park experience. I will definitely visit them again if/when I am back on the market for another vehicle. More

We received what I think was a very good deal, didn't have to go 10 rounds with a salesman and a sales manager prior to getting the deal and even though we ordered the truck it arrived in less time than we were originally told. I've given him specific wishlists for two of these, and he's gone the extra mile to track down the color and options I wanted and deliver with a quick turnaround. Another plus is knowing I can call Terry weeks, months or years after a purchase if I have a question about the Jeep, and he will have an answer. He will also follow up on issues with parts, service, etc., should any occur. He doesn't just sell you the car and send you on your way. Look forward to dealing with Terry and OP Jeep for many years to come. Joe Pippins handled our financing paperwork this time and was a pleasure to deal with as well.
