Another plus is knowing I can call Terry weeks, months or years after a purchase if I have a question about the Jeep, and he will have an answer. He will also follow up on issues with parts, service, etc., should any occur. He doesn't just sell you the car and send you on your way. I ended up making three trips down to the dealership over the course of two weeks, the first just to look at the inventory in person, the second to test drive and work on a price, and the last time to pick up my new Wrangler. Darren Richards was the dealer that worked with me, and he is the best dealer I have worked with. He didn't try and rush me into buying a new vehicle, he went at my pace, and being a Jeep guy himself he is very knowledgeable. He was also easy to get a hold of when I had questions when I wasn't at the dealership. He also helped my get the most for my trade-in which helped me out a lot. Once a price was agreed upon, I met with Roger Heath to fill out all the paper work. Roger knowing I was on a budget, helped me get the lowest payment. I ended up purchasing a new Jeep Wrangler, and Darren and Roger made the car buying process very easy, I would recommend this dealership and Darren as your salesman. More

My second truck from this dealership. Worked with Terry to buy my new truck. I'm not an easy person to deal with when it comes to cars, and this process went on for about 6-7 weeks or so. He didn't lose patience, we just kept working to find a common ground and get the deal made. I did not make his job easy at all. I'm a person that LOVES making deals on cars and appreciate the thrill of the hunt. Most salesman and dealers are very put off by this....but Terry stuck with it and I walked away with a GREAT truck and a deal I could live with. Would happily buy from Terry again.....although I would still put him through his paces! :) More
