He didn't lose patience, we just kept working to find a common ground and get the deal made. I did not make his job easy at all. I'm a person that LOVES making deals on cars and appreciate the thrill of the hunt. Most salesman and dealers are very put off by this....but Terry stuck with it and I walked away with a GREAT truck and a deal I could live with. I ended up making three trips down to the dealership over the course of two weeks, the first just to look at the inventory in person, the second to test drive and work on a price, and the last time to pick up my new Wrangler. Darren Richards was the dealer that worked with me, and he is the best dealer I have worked with. He didn't try and rush me into buying a new vehicle, he went at my pace, and being a Jeep guy himself he is very knowledgeable. He was also easy to get a hold of when I had questions when I wasn't at the dealership. He also helped my get the most for my trade-in which helped me out a lot. Once a price was agreed upon, I met with Roger Heath to fill out all the paper work. Roger knowing I was on a budget, helped me get the lowest payment. I ended up purchasing a new Jeep Wrangler, and Darren and Roger made the car buying process very easy, I would recommend this dealership and Darren as your salesman. More

After a middling experience with another dealer, we found exactly the Jeep we were looking for online and called Overland Park. Clayton was the first person we talked to, and everything sounded great on the phone so we made the drive and met him late in the afternoon. Clayton was immediately friendly and welcoming, and was eager to help without ever being pushy. He answered every question we had, and definitely knew the product. Negotiations were brief and fair. Once the sale was complete, Clayton even stayed past closing time to make sure we were all set up in the new Jeep and answer any last minute questions. Overall it was a great experience. We would definitely recommend it, and would do it again ourselves in a heartbeat. More
