He was extremely helpful from the very first visit; he was honest and understanding when I admitted I didn't know much about buying cars and just wanted something good and didn't want to get ripped off. He took time and talked over all the different buying and leasing options with me and I could tell he definitely cared and made sure I got the best. He went above and beyond as he was genuinely interested in my life and career and had great conversations about my college graduation, fashion line, and a future move to LA. He even came to my fashion show with his wife and daughter a few weeks after I bought the jeep! I always thought buying a car would be scary or that as a young woman I would get taken advantage of and ripped off, but Darren proved my thoughts wrong. Darren rocks. I would do the whole thing over again in a heartbeat, BUT I love my new Jeep Wrangler too much to give it up anytime soon :) More

Very helpful to a deployed Soldier. I needed a new vehicle for when I came back from my most recent deployment. I reached out to several dealers around my base as well as a couple in th I needed a new vehicle for when I came back from my most recent deployment. I reached out to several dealers around my base as well as a couple in the Kansas City area. Only two dealerships contacted me back. Out of those two Terry Mykins was the only one that seemed truly interested in helping me out. I had to special order my Ram 1500 due to what I wanted on it. Terry helped me, over e-mail and phone calls, through the whole process and I got exactly what I wanted at a good price. The truck was built and delivered before I returned home and I was able to pick it up the first weekend I was back. The only issue I had was that there was some paint damage on the bed of the truck that none of three inspectors noticed before I picked it up. Once I pointed it out, Terry quickly set up a time for me to drop the truck off and get the paint fixed by their body shop. I made the couple hour drive back to the dealership to drop my truck off and Terry had another Ram 1500 ready for me to use while they fixed the paint. I had my truck back within a couple days and was able to drive right back off the lot. Overall this was a great experience and I would look to purchase from this dealership again. More

They lived up to their word in every way and kept me informed throughout the process. Terry is the best car salesperson I have ever worked with, period. I drove an extra hour to work with these guys and I would have driven much more. I will be back someday. I hope this dealership understands how valuable a knowledgeable, credible salesman like Terry is. Also, the tech, Randal, who went through the new car check was knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. The finance guy, Roger, was fast and efficient. I was dead set against the extended warranty and I know I could have talked you down more, Roger, but the whole experience was so xxxx positive that I just went ahead and bought it. A side note... Two of the dealers in the Des Moines, IA area, who I had purchased from before, were not willing to work with me like these guys were. I would have given six stars if that were possible. Tad More

Lucky for us Darren greeted us the moment we stepped out of our Avenger just to say Hi and he was available to help if we had any questions. We explained what we were interested in and right away he knew what we wanted. My husband can be, well demanding, and Darren was so patient with both of us. Best experience we have ever had with a car purchase. Honestly, if it wasn't for Darren, we would have probably bought our new Chrysler 200 elsewhere.
