Would recommend for the quantity of vehicles Spent all day there and was charged $2000 more then what the internet price was on the very same vehicle and then was told i had to drop the navigatio Spent all day there and was charged $2000 more then what the internet price was on the very same vehicle and then was told i had to drop the navigation system i wanted in order to make the payments range that i said i could make. I was there from 9:30 am and did not leave until about 5:00 pm. Was a long day and i left there a little disappointed that nothing was worked out so i could get what i wanted for $800 dollars more.That is what i was told the navigation system cost. More

Wouldn't recommend this dealership Worst car buying experience out of 6 buys in my lifetime thus far. Specs on the web site were incorrect, so I had to negotiate for an item that I had Worst car buying experience out of 6 buys in my lifetime thus far. Specs on the web site were incorrect, so I had to negotiate for an item that I had thought was already present. Long wait to see the finance guy. He overcharged me $500 as he forgot the down payment I'd already made. Took 10 days to get a refund. The car front fender was scraped against a wall by one of the staff before I arrived to pick it up and they didn't phone me to let me know before I got there. So I had to return the car another day and pick it up after the repair was completed, necessitating two extra trips. Of course, as it was their fault, they covered the repair cost, and a loaner car while the new car was in the shop, but they wouldn't pay for the $11 of gas I had to put in the rental. In my opinion and in comparison to other dealerships I've purchased from within the last 5 years, their customer service is entirely lacking. More

He did not pressure me during the negotiations, which I appreciated so much. And when we picked up the Jeep he went over everything we needed to know to start enjoying our new ride. We talked like we were old friends and we bonded over our experiences in Kauai. This was my first purchase from Overland Park Chrysler, but they have serviced my P T cruiser for the last 5 years and their service department is also outstanding. Mahalo Darren for a great job. More
