Fantastic Experience! Stopped in here about 2 weeks ago to take a look at a left over 14 Cherokee, Darren was awesome to work with, but I wasn't quite pleased with the numb Stopped in here about 2 weeks ago to take a look at a left over 14 Cherokee, Darren was awesome to work with, but I wasn't quite pleased with the numbers on the Cherokee (let's be clear the payment was just higher than I wanted it wasn't anything they did.) So I explored a few options elsewhere and after about 2 other places one thing that really rang through to me was the lack of pushy tactics and no need to haggle. I came back about a week later spoke to Darren and told him I wanted to look at some other options and he directed me to the Jeep Patriots they had on the lot. He pulled 4 trim options up for me to take a look at gave me the run down on all of them. I ended up choosing a loaded up Patriot High Altitude and finance worked a few options to get my payments down where I wanted them. They gave me above what I expected for my trade and it wasn't one of those situations where the sales guy promises you once payment and then when you get to finance it wasn't even close. Darren was dead on and Roger was great going over my options when we got to the back office. Great team of folks, I have an appointment Monday to have them take a look at my Dad's truck and I can imagine another wonderful experience is ahead! More

Without driving the Jeep, my husband asked Chris Jones if we could fill out the paperwork to buy the True Blue Grand Cherokee Jeep that we sat in on the showroom floor. The next day I made an appointment to go on a test drive with Chris Jones. Chris was wonderful in explaining every thing inside the Jeep that I asked about, & I asked an insurmountable amount of questions, especially since my 1995 Grand Marquis fully loaded, too, was not in any way so electronically advanced as today's Grand Cherokee Jeep.
