Chris made the buying process very easy and took our needs and price range into consideration while showing the new Cherokee models. The buying process was completed quickly, and without a bunch of back and forth that we all have experienced when buying a car. We left very happy and without that feeling of buyers remorse and confusion that comes so often when purchasing a new car. The business manager Joe Pippens should also be comended for staying late on a Friday to assist us with our paperwork and not rushing through this major transaction because it was after hours. Unprofessional, unknowledgable, disrespectful and lazy I first called the OP dealership to give me a quote on a 2014 Ram truck. Paul Sloan told me to come in and offered a very tempting rebate. When I got I first called the OP dealership to give me a quote on a 2014 Ram truck. Paul Sloan told me to come in and offered a very tempting rebate. When I got there he had left and the rebate he mentioned was not applicable to the vehicle I told him I was inquiring about. I then spoke to Joe Hoglund who seemed to be either lacking knowledge about the leasing process or unmotivated to work a deal as his 2014 Quote was 1000.00 higher than the Olathe Dealerships comparable 2015. When I showed him my worksheet from Olathe he told me that was his bottom dollar and proceeded to tell me that you cannot negotiate selling costs on a lease and asked "what was I expecting and that he's not playing that game" with a very arrogant attitude. So I left wondering... what games? The game of not paying msrp for vehicle?? I decided to call and give Paul another shot the following day as my goal was the lowest cost possible. He apologized for standing me up and we discussed the options I was looking for and ended the conversation with him supposed to be putting together a worksheet for me and following up with me the following morning via email. I waited until 5 pm the following day with no email. I called him back and repeated the previous process (apology, promise of working numbers and following up the following day via email, no email and me calling him back). This incident happened 4 straight days. I finally told him that if he didn't want to work a deal with me that was fine, but to transfer me to another sales rep. He apologized and repeated that process 1 last time... I then called back and asked to speak to the sales manager (Mike Sullivan). Paul told me that Mike would not speak to me unless I came in, so I asked him to either transfer me or I would just call back and ask the receptionist to. Paul then transferred me to another sales rep. I filed my complaint with Mike and he worked the numbers on 1 of the 3 trucks I was inquiring about and actually offered me a pretty good deal. I asked him to itemize it for me as I like to see how each deduction is applied. He then tells me very disrepectfully and arrogantly "I have been in this business 27-30 years and am not going to send you anything because you are working numbers with other dealerships and here you are talking to me"... That was very odd of him to say to a customer when dealerships across the nation offer their "bottom dollar" multiple times in the process of negotiating... while in the process lower their costs by thousands of dollars... Anyhow, I didn't express my disappointment, but instead did some math and attempted to figured it out myself. I emailed him the following day and asked him for the money factor % and residual cost and never heard from him. I called and spoke to Joe Hoglund and asked him for the same information and he said he didn't have it and that I would have to come in to get the information. I showed up and asked Joe (sales rep) if I could speak to Mike (sales manager) and I just watched him sit on his chair in his office and not come speak to me. The icing on the cake was the letter in the mail I received yesterday (2 weeks out) from Paul, asking if I ever made a decision on a truck and how he would like to help me out... what a joke! In the end, I would have saved 70 dollars per month if I went with Overland Park, but chose to make a deal with Olathe Dodge as their customer service and prices were more than 10X better! Looking back, it makes sense that the sales reps treat their potential customers as if they could care less about making a deal since the sales manager does the same. 1/24/2015 More

2014 Dodge Dart GT Sons first new car. I went there with my son as this was his first car purchase, Walked in the door didn't have five sales guys knocking each other over to get to us, very calm. We meet Joe Hoglund, Very pleasant, and plight told him we were interested in the Dodge Dart GT gave him the stock number of the car we had looked up online, took it out on a test drive Joe was very informative on the car and answered all our questions. ended up buying the car and picked it up on a Sat. morning everything was in order as promised went threw the financing with Rodger was a breeze finished up, Joe had everything ready the car had been cleaned, filled and was sitting inside ready to go pulled it out and Joe sat with us after the sale mind you didn't rush off for another 10 to 15 mins. going thru all the controls synced up my sons phone and misc. things went thru the dash settings ETC... asked if we had any other questions or concerns and that if we did just call or come buy and he would go thru them with us.
