2014 Dodge Dart GT Sons first new car. I went there with my son as this was his first car purchase, Walked in the door didn't have five sales guys knocking each other over to get to us, very calm. We meet Joe Hoglund, Very pleasant, and plight told him we were interested in the Dodge Dart GT gave him the stock number of the car we had looked up online, took it out on a test drive Joe was very informative on the car and answered all our questions. ended up buying the car and picked it up on a Sat. morning everything was in order as promised went threw the financing with Rodger was a breeze finished up, Joe had everything ready the car had been cleaned, filled and was sitting inside ready to go pulled it out and Joe sat with us after the sale mind you didn't rush off for another 10 to 15 mins. going thru all the controls synced up my sons phone and misc. things went thru the dash settings ETC... asked if we had any other questions or concerns and that if we did just call or come buy and he would go thru them with us. I looked at similar style SUVs of various makes and models, finally choosing the 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. Next I looked at all the Kansas City (+) wide Jeep dealerships, comparing dealership reviews, pricing and responsiveness to my needs. A couple dealerships quickly came to the top of the list, with Overland Park Jeep being the best (in my view). I worked with Terry Mykins, as my salesperson, finding him to be straight up and easy to work through the vehicle selection and negotiations - thanks Terry! I also worked through the financial paperwork, extended warranty, and maintenance options with Joe Pippins (Business Manager). He too, listened to what I needed and easily helped me put it all together - thanks Joe! My vehicle was delivered as promised: clean, full of gas, and ready to move out!
