I previously purchased a Compass through another dealer in 2007 and I d Terry Mykins went out of his way to make my Jeep purchase a great experience! I previously purchased a Compass through another dealer in 2007 and I didn't end up purchasing exactly what I wanted. When I sat down with Terry to explain what I was looking for, he was more than willing to go out of his way to get all of my needs and wants met for my Jeep. He is incredibly knowledgeable on all models of Jeeps and knew standard features and options in all of the models. He ended up ordering my Jeep from the factory with the specifications that I wanted. When my car first arrived from the factory, Terry sent me pictures of my Jeep, which was a nice gesture! I really appreciated that he took time out of his day to send them to me because he knew how excited I was to get my new Jeep! After my Jeep arrived, the dealership tinted the windows and installed the remote start, which were two things the factory was unable to do. Last night when I picked up the car, Terry went through the entire Jeep with me on all of the features and on how to use the touch screen radio. Overall, I would highly recommend Terry to anyone looking for a new Jeep or vehicle from OP Jeep/Dodge! More

Quick Drove 3 hours to look at Summits. Dealers in our area don't have the selection. Local dealer we worked with could not find what we wanted even though Drove 3 hours to look at Summits. Dealers in our area don't have the selection. Local dealer we worked with could not find what we wanted even though we gave him three exterior color options, and 2 interior color options that we would have accepted. We waited 5-6 weeks, and finally had to point out to him that Overland Park had what we wanted. Our local dealer said they could get it, even had us fill out all of the sale paperwork. They took our car in trade, and gave us a loaner. We thought we were done. Two days later we were told the car had already been sold, but they saw another car that was more expensive that they could get as an alternative. We got our car back, and told our local dealer to shove it. The next day we went to Overland Park, who had five Summits that fit what we were looking for color choice wise. Nice to be able to see and compare. The one we picked still had the seats wrapped in plastic when we got there. Had not even been prepped yet after delivery. We were able to drive home with it that night. Still need to go back for interior and exterior protection sealant to be put on, and we found one piece of interior trim that needs to be fixed. We were impressed by being able to take home the Summit that night. The finance officer caught a couple of mistakes, and fixed them before we even realized they were there. Attention to detail, and getting us what we wanted in half a day was a nice experience. We recommend Clayton Mark, and Joseph Pippins to get you a new Jeep even if it means having to drive 3 hours to get there. More
