I'll be back I came down from Omaha to visit my daughter, saw Overland Park Jeep had a Dragon Edition on the lot so I drove up to check it out. Three hours later I I came down from Omaha to visit my daughter, saw Overland Park Jeep had a Dragon Edition on the lot so I drove up to check it out. Three hours later I drove back to my daughters in my new Jeep. My experiences in Omaha on buying my last 3 jeeps were anywhere from expensive to tiresome. The guys at Overland Park were exceptional and professional. The guys in the business department were equally impressive. I was thrilled with the Jeep...the price of the jeep....and the short time it took to get a deal I was satisfied with. My daughter wants me to move down here, and, although that won't happen, I will be down for my next Jeep. Great job everyone. More

Be Careful Purchased my new Jeep with the addition of Jeep crossbars at an additional $338.00 plus tax expense. Picked vehicle up the next day, Jeep crossbars we Purchased my new Jeep with the addition of Jeep crossbars at an additional $338.00 plus tax expense. Picked vehicle up the next day, Jeep crossbars were on order and would be shipped to my house. I picked crossbars up a week later at dealership, turns out they were aftermarket Thule Brand not factory Jeep as discussed. Put them on and they looked like aftermarket. Talked with Steve, who said "Sorry but nothing he could do". Called sales manager who would not talk to me. Steve eventually called me back said they would allow me to return crossbars and refund me $230,00 their cost. I buy crossbars at retail and am allowed to return them at wholesale, If they had been on vehicle when I picked it up negotiations would have been different. Steve made other promises which weren't fulfilled but this was the kicker. I feel cheated. More

I received an immediate response from Terry Mykins who was very nice and helpful. I put a down payment on the car to purchase when I returned to town. After a long day driving home I went to the dealership to complete paperwork/car purchase and frankly dreading the process. I was very pleasantly surprised with the ease and quickness of the process.
