I appreciated his guided approach, and his expertise in his field. As a young adult (in my early 20s), I also appreciated his tendency to address me in a very respectful manner. My jeep arrived in great condition and Darren guided me through the capabilities of the Jeep, always stopping to answer any questions that I had. Overall, it was a great experience. Seriously, we hit the jackpot with Darren. He is the most courteous, gentle, and focused salesperson we've dealt with. He listened to our needs attentively and took us through the van options tailoring them to my needs as he spoke. He never used any sort of pressure and allowed us ample time to test drive and ask questions, never once hurrying up the process even though the dealership had closed while we were there. I really do appreciate the courtesy extended and the gentleness in which Darren does his job. Honestly, the world would be a better place if there were more people like Darren. Car buying didn't feel like car buying at all. Instead it was like a friend discussing options and then letting us take the reins. This was the first time in which someone actually explained how the vehicle we were looking at would fit OUR needs and that's good salesmanship. Financing was swift and efficient working up until the last signature securing us the best rate and price. This is our second purchase in a year at this dealership and we will be back again. More

Internet shopping brought us to Overland Park Jeep We began our internet search when our local dealer told us they could no longer take a custom order for 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee's. That was when my husband found just what he was looking for at this Dealership! He looked at photos on line, called to speak to someone and he got put in touch with Clayton. They visited about our needs and wants, what we had as far as a trade in. They discussed particulars and very soon, we put a deposit down on a vehicle in inventory. Then decided to go ahead and drive up to Overland Park. We drove and arrived after 9 p.m. so checked into a hotel, got up the next morning went to the dealership, Clayton approached us and we liked him right away! He was very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient and smiled. He was not fake or high pressure. We looked over the car, signed the paper work, got taken out in another vehicle with the same options for a test drive and lesson on how to run the touch screen and vehicle information center.
