Terry Mykins delivered the car and answered all my questions very politely and patient. The oonly drawback I would mention was the transfer over to the "Closer" (or the financial person). The final numbers included a selection of several coverage packages of additonal "warranty". Because of the type of car I purchased, I did select an additional coverage which cost about $5,100.00 over what I originally thought I would pay for the car. I would have to say that for a better customer experience - you should NOT make the assumption that everyone wants or needs an additinal "warranty" package. Like I mentioned, I did get the additional coverage as the type of car I purchased has too many electronis, low profile tires which are prone to give out in short order, etc. Please, present the prospective buyer with a financial statement that is only the price, tags, and title, and not THAT tagged on to the additional coverage. Don't think you got one over me and I did not recognize that - I ELECTED to purchase the additional coverage for the reasons stated, not because you got over on me. Other than that, the staff was super courteous, very friendly, and ultra proifessional. Kudos to Darren Richards and Terry Mykins on their professionalism. More
