Joe Pippins wasn't the original finance/insurance person handling our file, but worked with us the day our Jeep arrived on the lot. Joe, is extremely knowledgable and professional. He gave us honest opinions and sometimes personal experiences relating to each of the warranties that they offer. He also broke down each package piece by piece, which made us feel like they had our best interest at heart and not just trying to sell us "extras" to make a profit. That quickly changed when we met Terry. We bought 2 cars from him in 2008 on the same day, one Jeep Patriot for our daughter & one Jeep Compass for us! We just bought a 2014 Town & Country from Terry to replace our 2007 Town & Country on May 2. Terry has never made us feel pressured to make a decision (we had told him early in the year we would be buying a new van in May). He respected our timeline and did not call us to try & get us to purchase a van sooner. We feel he dealt with us fairly on price and was very helpful (and patient with us) in explaining all the whistles & bells on the new van.....we aren't real "techie" people! We have also had a a long history with the service department at Overland Park Jeep and have been very pleased with the quality of service we have received on all our vehicles. More
