After deciding what I wanted, I started to research what I should pay...I visited Costco's website and requested a quote through their affiliate program. It impressed me and provided a sense of comfort that I truly was getting a good deal on the vehicle. Darren Richards was very knowledgable about vans, patient, and easy to work with. Its rare to find a car salesman who wants to find the vehicle to suit my needs, has a sense of humor, and values my business. Buying a new vehicle can be confrontational, as well as stressful. But not here, it was enjoyable, and when I drove off in my new van, I felt like Darren is definately someone I would refer a friend to. The service department is very large, well equiped, and makes a positive impression. Even the Owner of the dealership took a few minutes to say hello, and thank me for my purcase.
