Dealer staff very good - the 200 some flaws Terry Mykins was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Dan Drabek quick with workable financing. However, first starting out and at low speeds the car rides like there are flat spots on the tires and wind noise is excessive. Performs very well at highway speeds but wind noise gets even worse. Norman and I had an issue on the circulation of how he stages his cars after service. This in the past has caused numerous fender benders in trying to maneuver to get out of the property. I received information from the bodyshop manager that they have has incidents in the past. I and my insurance company took care of the incident, Our sales Person Clayton was a great sales man but uncomfortable to help us since his hands were tied. Yesterday I drove by the favcility and they continue to stage the cars etc. in harms way. Norman had the Gaul to ask me for free advise as an Architect how I would fix it. they know they have an issue just sit there and watch. I will avoid them if at all possible. They would not take back the $64K Jeep... I was so PO'd More

After a couple of test drives over a two day period, we made an offer on a 2014 Summit diesel and settled on a fair price in about ten minutes, including the time to get the manager's approval. In an attempt to buy a car at a different dealership some years ago, my wife and I walked out after sitting in the salesman's office for a half hour, waiting for him to get back to with a response to our offer. We don't play that game! More
