Terry provided clear and concise information about what I was interested in and did not try to sell me other than that. No pressure sales. I knew what I wanted and he helped me to quickly pick it out and close the paperwork. I got exactly what the USAA buying service said I would and at the right price. I even got a good deal for my trade in. I was rolling off the dealership lot before noon. I am definitely a very satisfied customer! More

The only 2 parts of the experience that weren't terrific were when the truck wasn't available for me to take delivery as quickly as anticipated and I had to wait a good 15+ minutes to complete the paperwork to purchase the truck even though I set an appointment to get that done on the day I took delivery. Keeping someone waiting for more than 15-minutes so that they can pay you money is never a good idea. All in all...a very good experience! More
