We currently own a Grand Cherokee Limited, which we purchased from OP Jeep in 2006, and had been thinking about buying a Wrangler until the Cherokees came out. Honestly we really could not have gone to any other dealer as our experience when we bought our Grand was great and the service they have continued to provide has been also. We went in wanting to compare the driving difference between a Wrangler Unlimited Polar Edition and the New Cherokee Trailhawk. Terry Mykins approached us on the lot asking if we needed any help or had any questions. After a little discussion we dem'd both vehicles, during the rides Terry explained the differences in the drive and equipment available on both Jeeps. In the end we decided on a Cherokee Trailhawk, since they did not have one on the lot like we wanted Terry sat down with us and went through everything they had in transit and ordered for the dealership. Still none of them fit the bill, so he happily placed the order with the specific equipment we wanted on it, not pushing us to add more options. Terry contacted us during the build period and when it was delivered to set up a time to pick it up. He went over everything on the Jeep with us to be sure we understood all the equipment and technology. Terry was a pleasure to do business with, he was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about Jeeps.
