My experience with Terry Mykins at Overland Park Jeep is probably the best new car buying experience I've had. I've purchased a number of new cars through the years and have never been thrilled with that probably the best new car buying experience I've had. I didn't have to use an entire day to get the purchase made and walked away feeling valued as a customer. Terry is a friend of a friend. When I was looking online for a new Jeep online Terry did a follow up email to me. I finally went in just looking-pricing a new Wrangler Sport. After Terry went thru all of the options of ordering (not asking if I would be interested in any of the Jeeps on the lot) he gave me a good price. I asked about previously owned, Terry said that he could do that too and told me what was available. We narrowed down what I wanted to a single Rubicon, he never pushed anything else. We went and looked, made a deal, traded my car for what I felt was a fair price. I wasn't ready with any paperwork but, everyone along the chain was pleasant and easy to deal with.
