I could not ask for more from a dealership. I was in the market to purchase a new Jeep Wrangler and I had visited every dealership in the KC area most of the dealership in the KC area. OP Jeep was by FAR t market to purchase a new Jeep Wrangler and I had visited every dealership in the KC area most of the dealership in the KC area. OP Jeep was by FAR the best dealership to deal with. Terry Mykins who was my salesperson contacted me via email and asked me if I would give him a few minutes and just stop in and I am very glad I did. Terry is very no nonsense and not looking to push things on you that you are not after. He made my experience so pleasant and un-pressured that when it is time for me to upgrade this jeep to a new one I will be back to see Terry. He took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for, searched for every possible discount that was available to me and when the time came for me to make an offer was very professional and there was no back and forth games that many of the dealers like to play in KC. Actually everyone I came in contact with at this dealer during my search for my new jeep were very professional and made the entire deal so low pressure that it even impressed my 65 yr old father who was with me as I had no vehicle to drive. I had talked to over 8 sales people at other dealerships in the area and Terry was the only one who knew the product he was selling - he took the time to show me every detail of the jeep before we pulled out of the lot for the test drive and being a previous Wrangler owner it was nice to be talking to someone that knew the product and it's capabilities. I hope Terry gets to see this quick note about my experience - as he and this dealership has earned a customer for life with their professionalism and honesty during my purchase. I live 5 min from another dealer and I will not think twice to drive the 30 min now to head to OP Jeep for all my needs from sales, parts, service or just to drop in and talk Jeeps. Joe prepared the car and had it ready for Alexander to pick up within a couple days. He accomodated my sons schedule (Alexander plays basketball for Jewell) so the pick up was after practice. It is nice to know that there are people that you can trust when you are 8 hours away with taking care of your son. Most appreciated the thoughtfulness of the dealership. Right off the bat, Joe was a very related, low pressure sales rep. He walked right up to me, knew who I was ( i had called earlier) and thanked me for coming in that day. We came back to see him the next day, and he had the same demeanor when it came to drawing up paperwork, which was refreshing and comfortable. They did a good job of getting all possible rebates for my new business truck. When it was all said and done, the overall price was $700 less than we originally agreed.
