The dealership has a well respected reputation and we felt that they could fill our needs. The used and new vehicles presented for our review and driving were presented well. The facility at the end of the year was very busy but the staff did pay attention to us and we waited patiently to be served in order. The main entry was very congested and the lack of parking while the service lane outside for customer pick up was a bit chaotic. Clayton was very well prepared in discussions of the features of each and every vehicle we were interested. I feel we received fair treatment in all those departments that dealt with our purchase of the Grand Prairie Summit. Joe was extremely efficient but we were a bit overwhelmed by the introduction of the extra coverage we were presented. We did sign up for the Economy version which he recommended. We will certainly enjoy our New Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit well into the 21st Century and the technology aspects will be fun...I hope..ha More

TJ had a great working knowledge of the Jeep's specs and options, and his demeanor was relaxed and comfortable. He asked about what functions were most important to my family and helped us select the car that was the best fit for our needs. He was never pushy; instead he listened to us and really felt like an advocate during the buying process. We got exactly what we wanted at a fair price. Most important, when I had questions in-between visits, he was very responsive and followed up quickly. Joe Pippins was equally helpful in finishing the financing portion. He made the process simple and clearly laid out our options so that we could make our own decision. He was both professional and courteous. We will certainly refer friends to OP Jeep. More
