Overall the experience we had was a good one. The staff was very knowledgeable and accommodating to find us the vehicle we wanted. The only criticism I would have was when my wife showed up on Monday to get the car detailed and the windows tinted they seemed to not know what she was talking about even though we had an appointment. It all got worked out and they got the work done, but she was a little flustered for awhile. No dealership is perfect and I have bought cars from quite a few, but this one seems to care and they made the whole thing enjoyable. More
