Overall the experience we had was a good one. The staff was very knowledgeable and accommodating to find us the vehicle we wanted. The only criticism I would have was when my wife showed up on Monday to g was very knowledgeable and accommodating to find us the vehicle we wanted. The only criticism I would have was when my wife showed up on Monday to get the car detailed and the windows tinted they seemed to not know what she was talking about even though we had an appointment. It all got worked out and they got the work done, but she was a little flustered for awhile. No dealership is perfect and I have bought cars from quite a few, but this one seems to care and they made the whole thing enjoyable. More

I've had my 2013 Wrangler in for service on 3 occassions since I bought it. My first time was for a complimentary oil change. The second service was to replace a faulty water pump and the third occassions since I bought it. My first time was for a complimentary oil change. They provided the service as requested in the amount of time that I was promised. All work was completed in a quality manner.
